About Me

Mr. Media: Michael Gallelli is a producer, video editor, motion graphics creator, and computer artist currently living in the Mid-Atlantic Virginia area. He has worked in the computer and video industry as an independent contractor doing nonlinear editing, motion graphics and 3D animation's. Michael's taught at the Corcoran School of Art, Gibbs College in the New Media Division, and trained students, supported faculty and managed the Media Production Center at American University in Washington, D.C. He has produced, created, and edited many projects for major companies such as IBM's Interactive Television division, Philips Interactive, Polygram Records, Maryland Public Television, and The World Bank, to name a few. The Washington Post called him “Mr. Media” in review of his one man show at St. Mary's College in the Boyden Gallery called "Caves of Perception". Michael has been an active and productive artist for years. He continues to use the the power and flexibility of new technology for artwork, musical composition, and video production.
